A compatible patch or detail repair
A localized puncture or failed seam can support repair after the material is identified and prepared.
Commercial leak repair
A clear scope starts with the roof in front of us.
Assess the TPO membrane, its welded seams and the layers supporting it before choosing a repair or a new roof assembly.
TPO is a thermoplastic single-ply membrane. Sheets are joined with heat-welded seams, while separate flashing details seal curbs, pipes and other interruptions. A visible seam line is not itself a defect, and a leak can come from another connection nearby.
The assessment follows the actual assembly: membrane condition, seams, penetrations, drains, edge metal and attachment. A puncture in a sound area needs a different scope from widespread deterioration or wet insulation beneath the sheet.

The system’s detail and attachment methods need to remain compatible through the work.
| TPO detail | What needs resolving |
|---|---|
| Welded seam | Prepare and repair with a method appropriate to the membrane. Weld quality is checked after the seam has cooled. |
| Equipment curb | Integrate membrane flashing and termination around the curb, with corners and changes in plane addressed. |
| Roof attachment | Identify adhered or mechanically attached construction and the deck beneath it before setting a reroof scope. |
| Drain and edge | Keep the water path connected through the membrane termination and outlet detail. |
Surface repair is useful when the roof around it and the supporting layers can carry the repair.

Commercial leak repairWet insulation, unsuitable attachment or broad membrane failure can require removal or replacement beyond the first visible opening.
Commercial reroof planningMaterial handling, air intakes and equipment access affect how work is arranged. Adhesive choices and weather limits depend on the selected system.
No. PVC, coated roofs and other systems can look similar. The material needs identifying before repair products are selected.
Yes, when its condition and the surrounding assembly support a compatible repair. The membrane, preparation and detail determine the method.
No specific savings are established. Product properties, insulation, building use and local conditions affect energy performance.
